1、供電要求：380V，3相5線和單相220V；單線裝機(jī)總功率：≤ 250kW（啟福提供進(jìn)電口位置及各點(diǎn)用電要求。）
Power supply requirement: 380V; 3 phase 5 wire and single phase; total capacity of single line ≤ 250kW(QIFUprovides electrical access point input location and required power supply for each point).
2、用氣要求：壓縮空氣壓力：0.6~0.8MPa；氣體潔凈，無水無油無雜質(zhì)(啟福提供進(jìn)氣口位置和進(jìn)氣要求。
Air supply requirement: compressed air: 0.6~0.8MPa; clean air, no water, no oil and no impurity (QIFU provides air source input location and required air source).
3、傳輸線和設(shè)備操作范圍可在長（1700~2650）mm×寬（1000~1400）mm之間進(jìn)行調(diào)整切換，可保證設(shè)備和傳輸線實(shí)現(xiàn)以下層壓組件進(jìn)料方式：
The production line is applicable for producing module with size range from 1700 to 2650mm in length, and 1000 to 1400mm in width.It is compatible for the following feeding-in direction of laminators.
4、流水線輸送速度：層壓前段速度>22米/分，層壓后段速度>22米/分；速度調(diào)控范圍：22米/分鐘；單線設(shè)計(jì)節(jié)拍小于18~20秒/塊。
Conveying speed of assembly line: pre-lamination: >22m/min, post-lamination: >22m/min; speed adjustable range: 22m/min; designed cycle time for single line is less than 18 sec.
5、流水線高度及調(diào)節(jié)范圍：與層壓機(jī)相接單元高度：950±20mm，其余傳輸單元按傳輸方向有一定高度差（高度差超過30mm），連接單元間距為50mm。
The height of production line and range of adjustment: Height connected with the laminator: 950±20mm. The rest of the transfer unit according to the transmission direction has the certain height difference (Height difference should not exceed 30 mm). The space of linkage unit is 50mm.
6、流水線輸送平穩(wěn)、到位準(zhǔn)確，每次位置重復(fù)誤差±8mm；組件在運(yùn)行過程中不引起組件表面劃傷、破損,滿足鍍膜玻璃生產(chǎn)的要求；運(yùn)行過程中軌道左右不擺動(dòng)，壽命長，易清潔和維護(hù)。
Conveyor line is stable, each position repetitive deviation ±8mm. No obvious moving, bounce and deviation of modules during running process. No modules scratch/ breakage. Meet the requirement of coated glass production. During running, track doesn’t swing left-right, long life time, easy to clean and maintain.
7、傳輸線輸送平穩(wěn)，偏移尺寸小于10mm，層壓前定位誤差±5mm，歸正氣缸行程>50mm，傳輸皮帶顏色采用綠色，保證正常使用不起毛，不磨損等問題。
Conveying line conveys stably, off-set size less than 10mm, positioning error before lamination±5mm, alignment cylinder stroke >50mm, conveying belt is in green color to ensure normal use, no fluff, no wear etc. problems.
8、層壓后組件冷卻速度：保證組件在裝框工位溫度≤50℃。
Module cooling speed after lamination: ensure temperature of module at framing station is ≤50℃.
9、設(shè)備正常使用率：≥97%維護(hù)保養(yǎng)除外，按持續(xù)工作一年計(jì)算。
Equipment technical availability: ≥98% excluding repair and maintenance, calculated by working for 1 year.
10、設(shè)備使用壽命：≥10年。
Equipment service life: ≥10 years.
11、設(shè)備工作時(shí)噪聲：≤60dbA。
Working noise: ≤60dbA.
12、適用范圍：海拔1000米以下，普通工作環(huán)境24小時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)工作。
Applicable range: altitude below 1000 meters, 24 hrs work under normal working environment.
14、料位傳感器工作可靠，系統(tǒng)聯(lián)鎖和容錯(cuò)性能好，以避免人為誤操作。

Conveying device requirement:
a.輸送機(jī)輸送平穩(wěn)，無震動(dòng)，設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行，由流水線引起的組件不合格品率小于1/10000；
Conveyor runs stably, no vibration, equipment runs normally, module NG rate caused by production line less than 1/10000.
b.并加裝機(jī)械行程開關(guān)，確保各工位流片連貫；
Every machine has on-line un-feeding testing sensor and mechanical travel switch to ensure coherent operation of every working station.
c.皮帶輪，導(dǎo)向輪有安全保護(hù)裝置，重要部位張貼安全警示標(biāo)識(shí)，防止夾傷；
Belt wheel and guide wheel have safety protective device to avoid from clipping and post safety warning stickers at necessary places.
